1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the milyo88 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the milyo88 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and milyo88 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). milyo88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the milyo88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of milyo88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with milyo88 or any other gaming operator.

milyo88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the milyo88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. milyo88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

milyo88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyo88 username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your milyo88 account.
• Notify milyo88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

milyo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to comply with these security obligations. milyo88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the milyo88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. milyo88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to the limits and processing times applicable to each payment method.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• milyo88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

milyo88 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside milyo88's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

milyo88 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• milyo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the milyo88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not subject to manipulation by milyo88 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, milyo88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. milyo88's decision in such matters is final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer game chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milyo88 Platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the milyo88 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of milyo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from milyo88 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milyo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

milyo88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

milyo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

milyo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, milyo88 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature and to seek assistance from appropriate support organizations. milyo88 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and cooperates with regulatory bodies on player protection matters.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion order will be closed and any funds held will be returned to the player after deducting any bonuses.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for cause, milyo88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13. Amendments to Terms

milyo88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. milyo88 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory authorities.
